The Patio of the Town Hall of Herencia has been chosen as the official venue for the presentation of the Poster and Guide for Holy Week 2025, an event that marks the beginning of the countdown to one of the most rooted celebrations in the town.
The event was attended by councilors M.ª Eugenia Díaz-Pacheco, M.ª Inmaculada Ortega Fernández-Caballero, and José Manuel Aragonés Roncero, who were accompanied by the parish priest Alberto Domínguez and numerous representatives of brotherhoods, fraternities, and neighbors who did not want to miss this special moment.

Artist Lorena Gómez Calcerrada was in charge of designing the Official Poster of Holy Week 2025, a work that skillfully captures the essence and spirituality of this festivity in Herencia. Through her design, the author has been able to capture the solemnity and religious sentiment that surround these dates, turning her work into the representative image of this year’s Holy Week.
During the presentation, the importance of Holy Week in Herencia was highlighted, a celebration with a great tradition that attracts hundreds of people every year and continues to consolidate itself as one of the most significant in the province.
