The Madrid DJ arrives in Herencia after performing at festivals such as Medusa and Arenal Sound, as well as venues like Kapital and Cocoa. He is regarded as one of the most influential DJs in the urban music scene, with a career that includes performances in cities like New York and Boston.
The night will also feature sets from local DJs Isacc Romero and Koux, who will complete the lineup for this opening evening.
Alvama Ice began his journey by sharing sets on social media during the lockdown, quickly amassing one million followers on TikTok. This growth propelled him into the music scene, making him a viral sensation and one of the most influential Spanish DJs, producers, and content creators. His style blends hip hop, trap, and reggaeton, with remixes and mashups that have millions of streams on digital platforms.
The Councillor for Culture, Aitor Gallego de la Sacristana, commented on this confirmation, noting that the presence of artists like Alvama Ice showcases Herencia’s ability to host top-tier events and continue to elevate the Carnival, which has been declared a National Tourist Interest Festival. The first confirmed names for the event are now being announced.
