The Herencia City Council joined this morning in the call made by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and held a minute of silence at 12:00 PM at the Town Hall in memory of the victims of the train accident that occurred yesterday.
The simple and solemn event gathered members of the municipal corporation, Town Hall staff, and residents who wished to express their respect, mourning, and solidarity with the families and loved ones of those affected.
The City Council conveyed their support and condolences to the families of the victims and expressed their hope for a swift recovery for the injured. With this gesture, Herencia joins in the collective mourning observed nationwide.
