The Popular University of Herencia has expanded two of its proposals for the 2026-2027 academic year: the Modern Dance group now admits students aged 8 to 14, whereas the limit used to be 12, and chess classes are open to all ages and levels, on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Registrations are done through the Herencia APP and spots are limited.

Chess from zero to advanced level
Chess classes are organized into three levels: beginners, to learn from scratch; intermediate, to improve the game; and advanced, focused on tactics and strategy. They are open to all ages, and the Popular University highlights their benefits for concentration, memory, and logical thinking. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. during the 2026-2027 season.
