The Municipal Auditorium of Herencia (Ciudad Real) hosted the II Congress on Educating in Values this Thursday, bringing together students, specialists, and institutional leaders to discuss emotional education, coexistence, and the personal growth of young people.
Over 400 students from various educational institutions participated in this event, which took place from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and featured presentations, audiovisual screenings, and reflection dynamics on essential topics such as self-esteem, emotional management, and the prevention of risky behaviors.
The event was attended by the provincial delegate of Social Welfare, Eulalio Díaz Cano, and Herencia’s mayor, Sergio García-Navas, along with other municipal representatives, who supported this initiative focused on youth welfare.
The congress was organized by the Desde Siempre y Para Siempre Foundation and Tecnove Fiberglass, in collaboration with Tecnove Group, Abengoa, and Jabalí y los Fogones, highlighting significant social and business involvement in promoting values among young people.
The day also featured a musical performance by artist Luis Muñoz, as well as a solidarity event where the raised funds were donated, reinforcing the social commitment of the occasion.
Organizers emphasized the need to promote such gatherings to provide students with valuable tools for their emotional and social development, helping to create healthier and more aware educational environments.
