The “Conciliatory Holy Week” brings together 33 children in Herencia with activities at the Youth Center and the Nursery School.

During this holiday season, Herencia is continuing its program “Semana Santa Conciliadora,” designed to help families balance work and home life while providing educational and recreational alternatives for young children. This initiative has been in place since last Monday at the Youth Center and the Children’s School, featuring activities tailored to different age groups.

A total of 33 children, aged between 1 and 9 years, are participating in the program, which combines fun activities with an educational focus. Throughout the week, the children engage in crafts, enjoy movie screenings, participate in outdoor games, and take part in activities designed to encourage creativity, social interaction, and healthy leisure habits.

Today, the Youth Center welcomed visits from the Youth Councilor and the Sports Councilor, who personally observed the activities and interacted with the children, showing interest in the initiatives being carried out.

At the same time, the City Council has reminded the public that the municipal playroom remains operational throughout the entire school year. Currently, it serves 55 children, becoming a reliable resource for many families in the community.

Through programs like this, Herencia strengthens its commitment to family support and keeps resources available that are essential for many families, especially during holiday periods.
